This herbed couscous recipe is a raw food recipe that has no grain in it. Cauliflower couscous is very easy to make, and so nutritious! Cauliflower floretes are simply processed to resemble couscous. We took mom out to the Beaman’s Sugar Shack last weekend and it was a great trip. It brought back memories of when I was young. My parents often brought me in the spring to the Beaman’s sugar camp. The camp is what they actually call it.  There are lots of sugar shacks, or camps, around here just outside of the city and some people are quite loyal, have their favorite maple provider and buy from the same family each year.   || Read more

Sandbag squats, jumping and burpees come together and the routine gives just enough break from each part to make it fun and flow well. This no bake key lime pie recipe is the last video to put up in my raw food recipes video series. Actually this post will have the last 2 videos, one for the pie and another showing how to make the crust, which is amazing! The filling for the pie is incredibly nutritious with an avocado base. The avocado gets completely hidden behind the lime and no one will detect it in there at all. This dip station workout is a 20 minute workout made up of intervals. It has lots of new dip station exercises alternated with a great abs exercise to really work the abs muscles.  A Swiss ball is used in some of the exercises, which adds to the variety. But if you don’t have a Swiss ball no worries, variations are given below. This is a great upper body workout that will leave you feeling it in your arms and abs the next day.
