This burpee workout is only 12 minutes long. It has 2 parts of all bodyweight exercises and each part is only 6 minutes. The first part is a rep challenge to see how many rounds you can get in of an exercise combo and the second is HIIT interval training with a couple of fun burpee variations. This burpee workout zoomed by fast and actually seemed to make burpees kind of fun. That to me qualifies it as a successful workout!  || Read more

The coconut lime salad dressing for this second Goddess bowl turned out amazing. We all loved it. It is sweet and nutty and perfectly accentuated the apples, pecans and dried cranberries in the Goddess bowl. It was a great combination. This may have been my favorite salad ever, which is a pretty big deal considering how much I eat salad – almost every single day! || Read more

This Ugi workout mixes Ugi exercises with bodyweight exercises and even includes the sandbag. If you don’t have one, no worries. You can use your Ugi for these too. It has 3 parts of interval training. The good news is that the times are reduced for each part, so it keeps getting easier as you go.  There are mountain climbers at the start and between each round to boost your heart rate, and up the effectiveness of the HIIT exercises. This Ugi workout is just over 20 minutes, but time goes by fast! You’ll see. This is a fun one!  || Read more

For this first Goddess bowl, I chose a more savory version and topped it with olives and artichoke hearts. With it’s high protein base of quinoa topped with shredded kale, beets and all of the nutritious layers, this is one combination that may be hard to beat! And I definitely felt like a Goddess all day long after eating it.  || Read more

This upside down cake was a real sensation at dinner and everyone had more than they planned. Maybe it was the bright fresh tropical sun-infused fruit that felt so good to us, just coming out of winter, or maybe it was the straight from nature, nutritious raw ingredients that always make you feel good to eat. But more likely it was that it just tasted great, because it really does! This upside down cake can be made with other fruit, like berries, or peaches, and it is so easy to make.  || Read more
