Ugid Again Ugi Workout title

I love using my Ugi in workouts. It really feels like playing, but don’t be deceived by it’s cute look, it can really make exercises so much more challenging. In exercises where you are balancing on it, like the lunge on Ugi and plank to pike on Ugi, you can really feel your core muscles working as you stabilize your body on it. This 10 minute workout is totally abs focused with 10 back to back abs exercises. 4 of the exercises are bodyweight but 6 of them are done with my Ugi. I love my Ugi, but if you don’t have one you can substitute another another weighted object for it. I did this yesterday and am feeling it today and I keep getting urges to get up and do it again! This Radiant Workout is a real arm killer but it will help sculpt and give you beautiful arms! It is made up of 2 parts and both are tabata intervals. The first is alternating doing diagonal woodchops from left to right and the 2nd are 2 exercises on the dip station – oblique knee raises – to give you gorgeous abs to go with those arms!, and reverse push ups, which mostly target your lats and also give you a great shape! ugi balls

This workout is 9 minutes of interval training. Most of the exercises use the Ugi ball, which always makes working out more fun. If you don’t have an Ugi, the exercises can be modified using a medicine ball or just bodyweight. See exercise descriptions for modifications.
