Hey Mr Sandbag Workout, do a burpee for me..  or two or three. Fun!  ..well, the workout seems fun but it’s a little brutal getting through the first part. Actually I think this is a good challenge and very doable. The first part is the type of challenge where you get halfway though and you say.. Oh, this is crazy, forget it..but then you go – wait. I’m half way finished, I’ll just do a few more reps.. and all of a sudden you’re finished and feeling awesome. ..and then it doesn’t seem so bad. ; )  That type of workout.  ..and then the second interval part is a bit of a relief.  Some great sandbag exercises and not a walk in the park, but it feels good to go back to intervals after the jumping and burpees. In this one the 1st and 3rd parts are the same and are 8 minutes of intervals. the 2nd part is a time challenge which took me 5 minutes and 6 seconds to complete. This 15 minute interval training Power Clean Sandbag Workout makes 15 minutes go by really fast with a good variety of sandbag exercises to keep your mind engaged. It’s a full body workout using lots of different muscles and these types of workouts are great to build functional strength, which we frequently use during our regular daily activities. This sandbag workout is a combination of skipping and exercises using a sandbag. I added a little extra weight to my sandbag and had it at 25 pounds for this one. I expected to get in 3 rounds, but was done by 2, probably due to the extra resistance. The skipping gives a nice little break to the sandbag exercises after each round.  The sandbag T pull push ups  and the good morning sandbag squats were new exercises for me and I really liked them. Actually, I really liked the whole combination of these exercises.
