This spicy mango pineapple sauce recipe is so delicious that I was spatulaing out the blender to eat. The sauce is delicious just on it’s own, but also makes a succulent sauce to coat and dehydrate vegetables in. Dehydrating softens the vegetables and can intensify flavors, making this extra delicious. But one other reason that I really love this recipe is that it is so easy to make. Just blend up the sauce, coat the veggies, pop them in the dehydrator for a few hours and done!  || Read more

This avocado salad with mango and berries is a beautiful combination. Color was the focal point I was going for, combining lots of vibrantly colored ingredients. But it came out with so much more and was loved by all. The flavors are wonderful together and the light citrus dressing is a great compliment to bring out the flavors. It also has great texture with the creamy avocado and crunchy sliced almonds. And this salad is bursting with superfoods, so abundantly nutritious and great for giving you energy, detoxing and making you feel great!  || Read more

This raw ravioli recipe was a big hit at our home and everyone loved it. The ravioli is made from thin slices of beets and stuffed with a flavorful cashew cheese and wilted spinach. The rocket sauce, made from arugula, aka rocket leaves, and pine nuts complimented the ravioli wonderfully. It is as delicious as it is is beautiful and quite easy to make as well. Great for company!  || Read more

This Asian noodle salad recipe makes a great full meal salad. I loved it and this is now one of my favorite meals. I am soaking kelp noodles as I type to have it again. Kelp noodles are fun to eat. They claim to be raw and give a nice slippery texture close to traditional cooked noodles which is a nice change from zucchini or other root vegetable noodles, which are also great. But it is fun to change it up. The dressing is very rich and delicious. || Read more

This kale chips recipe gave me a new kale chips flavor to love. Dill pickle is my new favorite kale chip flavor! Why did I not think of this before?  Dill pickle has never been my favorite flavor for chips or anything before. I like dill pickles and love to put them in my burger wraps (raw burger wrapped in a leaf, a favorite Mmm), but I would never have said before that it was a favorite flavor. Well, it is now. || Read more

These cauliflower steaks were a real hit at dinner. In fact this was one of my favorite recipes from a recipe testing session I had recently. This is a raw food recipe and the cauliflower steaks were softened by dehydrating for three hours. This gives them a wonderful texture and even the cooked foodists among us loved them made this way. However, if you don’t have a dehydrator, they can be made by baking in the oven as well. || Read more
