This legs and abs workout combines squats, a roll over burpee, jumping and abs exercises to strengthen core and work many muscles of the body, while being primarily focused on shaping the legs and tightening abdominal muscles. The exercises in this workout are done with a medicine ball, but they can also be done by using another weighted object or with just bodyweight. This sandbag workout is a HIIT workout with 16 minutes of intervals. It is filled with new and favorite sandbag exercises.  I have a new favorite sandbag exercise: the diagonal clean and press with 3 lateral hops. It is the first exercise and it gets repeated for the fourth interval as well. Jumping exercises are really effective for rebooting your body and getting your metabolism working like it did when you were a kid.  || Read more

This new sandbag workout has a great exercise challenge with a combo of sandbag exercises fused together. This dip station workout is a 20 minute workout made up of intervals. It has lots of new dip station exercises alternated with a great abs exercise to really work the abs muscles.  A Swiss ball is used in some of the exercises, which adds to the variety.
