Chia pudding is a wonderfully easy way to eat chia seeds. It is like a tapioca pudding with an almond-vanilla flavor. Chia doesn’t have a flavor on its own and takes on the flavor of whatever it is put with, in this case almond milk and vanilla. Chia seeds swell up and make you feel full quickly and so are great for weight loss and for endurance, helping you to stay full for a long time. These little seeds have a big nutritional profile and are also go great for your health.
More on the nutrition of Chia here.

Chocolate Chia pudding is the brilliant combination of two of my favorite superfoods: Chia and Cacao. It’s hard to go wrong with this combo, abundant nutrition that  tastes fantastic! This is the way optimal health should taste!!

I think chia pudding is a great pre-workout snack. It gives you lots of energy but doesn’t make you feel heavy.

I always make my own almond milk and so use my homemade milk to make this, but you can use any almond, hemp or other favorite type of milk for this recipe.

How to make your own almond milk here.

Note on cacao: The cacao brand I am using is Organic Traditions. There are lots of good brands, but some are better than others. I really trust Upaya for quality products and any they are listing I would trust as being some of the best sources!
