This Tabata workout is comprised of four 4 minute interval rounds. The first and third rounds are ab focused and have new medicine ball ab exercises. This upper body workout has some new push up variation exercises that help to make push ups fun. Most of the exercises have push ups snuck into fun exercise combinations. The last one is straight up burpees, but the others are dynamic, fast moving exercises to change up the routine and keep your head entertained.  This is an all bodyweight workout. This sandbag workout is a HIIT workout with 16 minutes of intervals. It is filled with new and favorite sandbag exercises.  I have a new favorite sandbag exercise: the diagonal clean and press with 3 lateral hops. It is the first exercise and it gets repeated for the fourth interval as well. Jumping exercises are really effective for rebooting your body and getting your metabolism working like it did when you were a kid.  || Read more

This Ugi workout has 4 new Ugi exercise, or at least new Ugi exercise variations. I love to change up the exercises in my workouts and do things differently. I find it keeps the mind active by thinking about the movements you are making. It lessens the focus on the work, making it ore like play and more fun. || Read more
