This workout has 5 rounds. 3 of them are cardio (Full Heart) rounds, and they are a mountain climbers/high knees/jumping jacks combo that should take under 2 minutes for each. These are done around the 2 interval parts which are both made up of different exercises, so you won’t get bored! I like to mix up the exercises. both it’s great for the body to use different muscles and also to keep the brain entertained so it’s busy thinking about what to do next and then the time just flies by and before you know it, another workout done!  I hope you enjoy this one. I thought it flowed along well and was a fun one!  || Read more

Twin Peaks Full Body Workout

This workout is made up of 5 parts. It has 3 plateau parts, each with a 2 minute dip station sequence and 2 peak parts, where you climb a mountain of body weight exercises for time. The 2 time challenge rounds are a mix of real classic and fun body weight exercises. I found it just challenging enough to really push through it but thankful it was done by the end. It was a good challenge and I was ready to try to beat my time for the 2nd peak round. See how you do and how long it takes you to tackle the twin peaks!

This 20 minute upper body workout is filled with lots of push ups, a few burpees and some fun new plank exercises. I loved the two variations of plank twist overs. It also has the tiger push up.. a new push up for me that is like a combination of a diamond and a pike push up; it is great for triceps and more challenging than it looks.. look closely and you will see my arms trembling at the end. I think there is a good balance between the different types of exercises to give give some relief from the more challenging ones and make a good flow overall. Get ready to enter the adventurous world of the ..hidden burpee planking tiger.  || Read more

This time challenge workout is a real pain in the butt – the next day! I did this yesterday and am careful sitting today. Lunges are awesome to build great legs and butts! I know and I can feel where: mid-upper butt, great for building that curvy behind. Lunges are one of the basics of bodyweight exercises, and they are for a reason – they work. So get well warmed up and get out your dip stations and spend a little quality lunge time tightening up and strengthening your legs, butt and core!  || Read more

This ab workout has an interesting plank sequence, described below, which is followed by a round of crunches. It is made up of 30 reps each of 6 different crunches and ab exercises and then you will do both parts all over again. This combination of different ab exercises will work different muscles including the obliques to help strengthen your core and build your abs. Let’s work on our six packs together! This is a great workout to get that happening!  || Read more

This Ugi workout is 21 minutes of interval training with lots of new and favorite Ugi exercises and featuring the bridge exercise with 3 variations of it. This is a great workout to really work your hamstrings and upper legs as well as your abs and core stabilizing muscles. Its a great flow and Ugi makes workouts fun.  21 minutes is longer than most of my workouts, but Ugi makes the time goes by fast and it feels easier somehow but I know it’s effective as I can feel it this morning, the day after!  || Read more

For this workout I went back into the vaults. I first did this one last April and decided to do it again. This bodyweight workout has 3 parts; 2 are each 6 minutes of interval training and each has different exercises and then there is a time challenge in between them, which took me 6 minutes and 12 seconds. So all together the workout is just over 18 minutes. I thought it has a nice combo of great exercises. Try it out and get your raw sweat on!
