It combines some of the best leg shaping exercises: bridge, lunges and squats, all done with the Ugi ball to create an awesome Ugi leg workout. This sandbag workout is made up of 3 parts and while it works the whole body, as most HIIT workouts do, it really targets the arms, lats and upper body. The first and third parts are the same and are made up of 8 minutes of intervals alternating sandbag exercises with bodyweight exercises. There are some burpees – not too many, and it is filled with exercises that make squats, lunges, planks and push ups fun. I recently did a burpee challenge and it had me revisiting some previous burpee workouts that I really liked. This burpees workout is a time challenge workout that took me almost 20 minutes to get through. I love the ab exercises it alternates with the burpee exercises. This burpee workout alternates 5 types of burpee exercises with some awesome medicine ball ab exercises. Its a dynamic full body workout and I find these burpee workouts are the best for chiseling a tight, lean muscular body. || Read more
This Dynamo action workout is a pyramid style workout. It is a full body workout that really targets the legs and abs. Pyramid workouts are when you decrease, or increase, the reps, weight or time for each round or exercise in a workout. For this action packed workout, it is the number of burpees done in each round that decreases. So keep in mind that although it is tough at the start, it gets a lot easier towards the end.
