Broccoli has a broad nutritional profile with more vitamin C than most citrus fruits and more calcium than milk.

About – Broccoli is a cruciferous vegetable and related to cabbage and cauliflower. Broccoli has large flower heads, usually green and sometimes purplish green, which are the most commonly consumed part of the plant and which grow tree-like on thick edible fibrous and crunchy stalks.
