The menu plan for the 2 Day Green Cleanse is made up of cleansing and healing chlorophyll  rich drinks, salads and healthy snacks. Chia seeds are predominant to help make you feel full during the cleanse. Chia swells up and gives you a satiated feeling while at the same time is effective at helping to sweep the toxins out of the system. Other healthy nuts and seeds, including hemp seeds are added also.  Hemp has one of the highest nutritional ratings of any food. It is abundant in balanced essential fatty acids and is made up of 24% protein. 

 

2 Day Green Cleanse Menu Plan

Day 1

Breakfast – Green Love Juice and Apple Slices with Almond Butter and Cinnamon
Morning Snack – Berry Green Smoothie with Chlorella*, Goji berries and Chia seeds
Lunch – All Green Juice and Broccoli Salad with Avocado and Flax Crackers
Afternoon Snack – Tropical Green Smoothie with Spirulina, Maca and Hemp seeds
Dinner – Green Soup and Leaf Salad with Walnuts and Hemp Seeds
Evening Snack – Bowl of Strawberries, Pear and Banana with Chia Seeds

Day 2

Breakfast – Berry Green Smoothie with Chlorella*, Goji berries and Chia seeds
Morning Snack – Green Love Juice and Bowl of Peaches and Strawberries with Chia Seeds
Lunch – Green Soup and Broccoli Salad with Flax Crackers
Afternoon Snack – Tropical Green Smoothie with Spirulina, Maca and Hemp seeds
Dinner –All Green Juice* and Big Bowl Salad with Avocado, Walnuts and Seeds
Evening Snack – Banana with Chia seeds and Cinnamon

*Chlorella can be substituted with same amount of Spirulina or 1 oz of E3Live
**All Green Juice can be substituted for Veggie Vibe if preferred.

 

Recipes

Make the week before:
Multi Seed Flax Crackers
 

Make during the Cleanse:
Green Spinach Herb Soup
 
Broccoli Salad

Big Bowl Salad
– Toss two to three cups of leafy greens with cut up tomato, cucumber, celery, radishes, red onion or scallions and choice of peppers. Add a half avocado sliced, a quarter cup of chopped walnuts and a tablespoon each of hemp, pumpkin and sesame seeds. Seeds can be substituted for others at your preference.
Zesty Lemon Dressing or a little Olive oil and Balsamic vinegar or Lemon juice can be used as a dressing.
Bowl of Fruit and Chia seeds
– cut up one to one and a half cups of fruit in a bowl. Sprinkle one tablespoon of chia seeds over fruit and stir.
Almond Butter and Cinnamon – Mix 1 tsp cinnamon into 1 Tbsp of almond butter.

Tropical Green Smoothie – Kale, Spinach, Banana, Pineapple, Mango
Berry Green Smoothie – Kale, Spinach, Banana, Apple, Berries
All Green Juice – Kale, Spinach, Parsley, Celery, Cucumber
Veggie Vibe Juice– Kale Spinach, Carrot, Celery, Cucumber
Green Love Juice – Kale, Romaine, Parsley, Apple, Grape
