180 DegreeTouch Down Jumps – Standing at end of mat and turned to the side, squat down and touch end of mat with hand closest to it. Jump up turning around 180 degrees and squat touching mat with other hand, which is now closest to it. Each touch down is one rep. Continue in this manner, squatting, touching down and jumping 180 degrees, alternating sides for each rep.
